What kinds of facilities do you treat?
We are able to treat most property types: commercial, industrial, regulated, residential and rentals, retail, vehicles, etc. There are few exceptions because we are able to tailor our services and use the appropriate solutions and equipment for each client.
Where are your service areas?
Our corporate headquarters is in Eastern North Carolina. We are conveniently located throughout the entire states of North Carolina, South Carolina, & West Virginia. You can also find us in the Columbus area of Ohio, the Atlanta area of Georgia, and central and southern Virginia.
For requests outside of these service areas, call us for a free consultation and we will work to meet your needs.
What if I need an emergency service in between my sanitation schedule dates?
Just call us! We will respond to your emergency request promptly.
Do your team members wear PPE?
Yes. Our company policy requires all team members performing services to wear personal protective equipment at all times. This always includes appropriate face covering, gloves, safety glasses, long sleeves/pants, closed toed shoes, and head covering
How do you choose which solutions and/or equipment to use?
Our experience, as well as our medical and technical advisors, assist in determining the most effective plan of action for our clients.
The size of the property and the variety of surface types will determine the type of sanitizing equipment we use. Additionally, the use and type of property will determine the solutions we use (i.e. food surface contact, manufacturing, etc). Each solution has appropriate registrations, approvals, and certifications for the approved use.
Do you have a way to measure results?
We do. We have technology that measures pre- and post-treatment sampling of contact areas. We make this option available to clients upon request.
